Structural Resin: Dow Derakane 411 vinylester resin complete with Derakane 510-n Surface coat with 5% antimony trioxide for flame spread rating of 25 or less to ASTM E-84
High Pressure Hydrogen Gas Line from Sodium chlorate plant to Pulp mill boiler
CPF Dualam Vancouver Inc. (Formerly Prolite Plastics Ltd.) broke new ground with an Alberta Boiler Safety Association registered high pressure hydrogen gas line from a Sodium Chlorate plant to a pulp mill feed boiler. This is believed to be one of the first lines designed and registered in the ABSA and to the ASME B 31.3 chapter 7 part 9 code with stamped approval.

This project at Weyerhaeuser -Grande Prairie was done in extremely cold conditions and was installed and hydro tested for severe outdoor weather. This is the second line run between these plants successfully and was engineered by CPF Dualam Vancouver’s own engineering staff. This is the partnering we see between end user and fabricator to give total turnkey supply and install Dualaminate pipe contracts.
