Dualaminate PE/FRP and PP/FRP piping for world’s largest TDI plant 2005 in Shanghai China
CPF Dualam Vancouver Inc. (Formerly Prolite Plastics Ltd) has continued their world leader position in Dualaminate design fabrication and installation of intricate and critical service piping. Contracted by German company BASF and American Company Huntsman to supply detailed design and fabrication of piping for TDI process stream, CPF ran 10 KM of Dualaminate pipe in a period of (4) months using the latest in Bonding technology and Multi Mandrel Computer controlled filament winding to produce the completed pipe spools on time and on budget.

This project at BASF-SBPC in Shanghai is typical of the New World’s Construction projects which is fast tracked construction using complicated software pipe stress and design analysis and fast track supply. CPF Dualam Vancouver Inc. will be adding our first manufacturing facility in early 2006 in Mainaland China will advise our customers of capacity and location as soon as we are up and running.
